Content & ownership

1. You own your content

Photos, stories, captions, page text, and other materials you upload remain yours (or your licensors’). mySLife does not claim ownership of your creative works.

2. License you grant to mySLife

By posting, you grant mySLife a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display (e.g. thumbnails/WebP), and show your content on the service according to the visibility and maturity settings you choose. This license ends when you delete the content from the live service, except for reasonable residual copies in backups or as needed for moderation, disputes, or legal compliance.

3. Your responsibilities

• You have the rights needed to post the content (including model/creator permissions where required).
• Credits and Marketplace URLs you add are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates our Guidelines.

4. Pages, shops, and links

Shop pages and Marketplace links are tools for discovery. mySLife is not a party to Second Life Marketplace transactions and does not guarantee linked products or merchants.

5. Removal

You may delete your posts where the product allows. We may remove content that violates Terms, Guidelines, or law, or that is reported under our Copyright / DMCA process.
